Super heat-resistant winding
This is a winding with heat resistance of 300°C or higher.
We offer "super heat-resistant winding" with a heat resistance of over 300°C, using nickel-plated copper wire as the conductor and ceramic as the insulating material. By using high heat-resistant nickel-plated copper wire as the conductor and applying ceramic as the lower layer of insulation, followed by an overcoat of high heat-resistant polyimide made from organic materials, we achieve excellent heat resistance and processability. Additionally, for applications requiring reliability, we also have products with glass fiber winding available.
